  2. Win10 should fix the dll files

Either a switch back to exe or better programming I should not have to lose over a quarter of my CPU capability from background windows. I'm using a laptop with a 2018 i7 and 16GB of RAM I can't imagine how the average workplace computer can function. Not to mention how this shortens my computer lifespan and has not noticeably improved my experience.

  3. Better family controls

The family controls for screen time is a heavy hassle whn you have many kids registrered ( I have 3) I would like all a slider system, or quick allotment of time and days, with possibility to granting special time on given dates. The system as of today harkens to late 90ties and really bad. Having to delete old entries etc - please remove this time consumer.

  4. Assistive Click/ Touch

I have mild Athetoid Cerebral Palsy and I take anxiety medicine and I suffer from involuntary movements and shaking from the following. I like this medicine and I don't want to switch medicines because my mental health is more important for me. I notice I keep clicking on items I do not intend to click on and it is frustrating. I will even close windows, tabs, or open extra applications that I don't want to use. Over all, I am thinking there must be a way to make life easier.

  6. arc touch mouse (SE)

I just bought the latest ARC Touch Mouse but due to the new curve it does not fit in my hand (missing two fingers) the mobile mouse has the same issue but the other way around. would like to see if the less curved ARC mouse is still somehow available.

  7. More virtual desktop keyboard shortcuts

I control my computer entirely by voice, which mostly involves mapping voice commands to keyboard shortcuts to control things. This works well provided the keyboard shortcuts exist.

Virtual desktops in Windows 10 are a great feature, but are missing some quite obvious and essential functionality. In particular there are no keyboard shortcuts for going to particular workspaces by number, or for moving windows between workspaces. For example the recommended way to move a window from workspace one to workspace five is to open the task view and then drag the window around. This seems like terrible UX even for normal…

  8. Point and click should be available for all the enhancements to the screen

I am hearing/visually impaired as well as color blind. I find the keyboard commands to access the screen's assistive features too difficult to use. If there was a user tool bar to pull down the features you wish to use using a point-and-click with one's mouse that would be faster and less prone to keyboard errors and searching for keys that are unfamiliar to a sight-impaired user. I cannot use the hearing/listening features very well if at all. The mix of tones is not effective for my level of hearing--moderate to profound loss of tones.

  9. Fix Toggle Keys so that the setting actually turns off

I turned on Toggle Keys once, about four years ago, to see if I liked it. I do not, but the setting persists. I have turned it off in both the newer system settings and the old control panel. I have tried registry edits. I have done everything to stop Toggle Keys from playing a tone, but every single time I turn on my computer or wake it from sleep, that setting is back on.

  10. People with visual disabilities need to be able to better identify each object in the Windows 10 interface

People who see badly have basically two problems: seeing objects on the screen poorly and distinguishing colors badly. Windows 10 only cares about the second aspect by facilitating the enhancement of contrast, but it does not make it easier for users to see interface elements well. All visible objects in Windows 10 are too "flat" and there are almost no visual differences when they are selected or receive focus. The interface elements have no volume and this forces people with visual disabilities to make a great visual effort to distinguish them.

Users who see little should be able to easily…

  11. Automatic arrangement of windows when moved to the edge of the screen

Option to disable automatic arrangement of windows separately for mouse control and keyboard control. I would like to be able to arrange windows by keyboard-shortcuts while I do not want the windows to be arranged when I move them by mouse (accidently) to the edges.

  13. Provide more option to dark mode

In dark mode you provide custom but it can only select 2 which effect the whole system. I hope your provide either by apps or system. For example, you create custom mode for default app or something. Why not you make the custom more choices such as in custom mode: fixe explre or chrome apps or other apps can choose light or dark. Truth to be told i'm very dissapointed with the update. Although i like dark theme, but i dont like the chrome & file explore change to dark. My eyes feel constrain & tired when i see them.

  15. Add markers to the text cursor

ZoomText is a very heavy resources application. I enjoy everything it offers, but I had enough of the lag and system crashes. Try adding a feature to add markers to the text cursor! It helps me figure out where my cursor is.

  16. Starguard- juvinile macular degeneration p night blindness

Ihave Starguard, I am 86 years old. I have to magnify at least 20X just to navigate. But since I cannot tolerate bright lights and still see anything. I would appreciate if the icons could be removed in all cases or made just an outline. Then I could see to navigate the screen.. Surely it cannot be so difficult to have a switch to turn them off complete or make an outline.

  17. Windows 10 Build 1809 - File Explorer Right-Click-Menu Problem

I've been everywhere. Feedback Hub, Reddit, Microsoft Accessibility/Support-based accounts on Twitter, Disabled Help Desk. Can we please give this problem some real-world attention by someone who can actually help?

As of Windows 10 Build 1809 - The registry fix of setting "ImmersiveContextMenu" to "0", located at "Computer\HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\FlightedFeatures", no longer has any effect in disabling the new 'immersive context menu'.

Windows shell has the new style, including desktop, file explorer and open dialog boxes in all applications. Why is this a problem? Why was I previously using a registry tweak to remove the new immersive context menu? Just look…

  19. Improved customer communications

    1. Engineers need to identify what the customer's issue is and always come back to the customer until it is solved. For example, Windows 10 updates are repeatedly failing so make sure the customer has a solution to enable them to gt working system again.

    2. Other companies let support staff toggle the customers' assistive technology on and off so the customer can hand over their PC to the engineer with no blips.

    3. Support staff on the Disability Answers Desk need to be better trained in the needs of visually impaired customers. I use 3rd party magnification software to give me access…

  20. Better customer support

This is hands down the WORST customer experience i have ever dealt with. First im put on hold for over 40 minutes and waiting for someone to call or answer my message. then after i get someone they want me to run this diagnostic tool which requires me to restart the computer. Even though i go to rejoin the session, i am put back in line and now have been waiting for 30 more minutes to speak with someone about my device not working. Overall 0/10 would recommend and returning the device tomorrow.
