I can't get my unjust ban reviewed because I'm too stupid for xboxs terms of use test you have to pass to get help from the enforcement team and after failing several times it locks you out of the test for 24 hours so I get punished for being stupid and have to wait longer to get and unjust ban reviewed because I'm not smart enough for Microsoft to help me i dread taking the test tomorrow because I know it will make me feel stupid and lock me out again for 24 hours does Microsoft not care about learning disabled customers?

Without disclosing my disability I feel I have been let down by Microsoft.
I am a student nurse who purchased a surface pro 4 in good faith from your company to complete my degree. It offered the majority of what I required for ease of access.
Approximately 2weeks ago I began to experience flickering and ghosting on my system. I have also lost and corrupted some of my files for University.
Following a diagnostic check from one of your team. They were going to replace my system as it has a fault with the equipment which was as a result of the original fittings which Microsoft built and sold to me.
However, I have since learned that my device is out of the replacement warranty. It is not repairable, and I would be expected to pay £568 to have it exchanged. Which I cannot afford either.
I can see that this ended in January 2020 for me, but I have not had this issue before and this now seems highly unfair.
I rely on this and have not really been left with a reasonable solution.
I am asking if this could be escalated to find a reasonable resolution. I had to pay a considerable amount for this, and it is not a fault I could have predicted.
Please can you help me to have this repaired to a functional standard or replace the unit for me as a gesture of good will. As my issue does not arise until after this period. Can you please bring back the set aside tabs function of edge. I have ADHD, Autsim and more only diagnosed in the past few years (I'm 42) which affect my working memory in particular, as well as general organisation and feeling overloaded.

Despite not knowing why I found things hard, I still managed to get through uni and become a teacher.

When I'm on a roll researching something, I'll flit from one page to another as I often research one part of a topic and read what multiple people say about the same thing. (When I was younger I used to have 3-14 library books sprawled out over the table with pieces of paper bookmarking quotes or info).

Then I think and ponder and think and ponder and eventually collate all the info.

This is hard to do on the internet and I either had a very slowed down computer with hundreds of tabs open (literally), or I used to close and then not find information again regularly. (Thousands of bookmarks not so helpful either).

I think I'm going to like your new collections feature, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the set aside tabs function and I would probably use both concurrently.

Also, I just got overloaded 30 seconds in to your video clip of how to use collections because of the background music (despite being a music teacher).

I'm finding this a more modern phenomenon. (There's always been background music and sounds in any tv show, clip, ad, etc... but past 10 years more and more things other than ads - which I used to mute - have constant noise with no break).

I don't know how hard or easy it would be to develop, but we can put captions on for people with hearing impairments, we can invert colours for people with vision accessibility issues, could we also separate voice over & sound tracks so people with noise overload issues can toggle one or the other on or off?

(That's a different issue to tabs....I should probably do a different feedback for it perhaps. Also bigger than Microsoft, but you could lead the way)!

I called Disabilities Answer Desk Team tonight wanting to adjust brightness, contrast and font appearance on my Windows 19 computer. Only to learn that none of these issues can be adjusted. I just bought this computer and it is worthless to me. Why can't Microsoft develop programs that users like me can have access to. Thanks for wasting my money. Money I cannot afford to throw away even if Mocrosoft thinks we have money to burn. Wish I had gone with Apple instead. I apologize for any typos or erros. I cannot see what I am typing, ny screen is too bright and the font is not dark enough. Imagine that!

Teams has an auto-hide functionality. I'm trying to turn that off. I want the scrollbar to be visible at all times, even when the app is still visible but I'm in a different app. Compare Outlook, which always shows the scrollbar even when I'm in Teams or any other application has focus.

In addition, the scrollbar needs to be wider. In both cases, this is an accessibility issue, especially since Teams does not respect the OS setting to keep scrollbars visible.

Finally, the third issue is both the size of the scrollbar "line" and the contrast. This control should have more contrast than it has (currently it is 1.6:1) and it is so thin it may be invisible for some users. When I hover over the scrollbar it gets approximately twice as wide, but it still has barely any contrast.

Google provided Android users with full control of Android when Google implemented voice access back in 2016.

As per the video demonstration, each time the user navigates to a new page, every selectable object on the page is assigned a unique number.
To select an object all a user has to do is to say the number for the object they wish to select - simples!

With regard to Windows, when navigation by numbers is selected, every single selectable object on the Windows Desktop and within Windows applications, including menu objects (when selected), is to be labelled with its own unique number. In addition, it shall be possible to adjust the font size of the unique numeric labels assigned to each selectable object.

It is to be noted that number selection is to be the primary method of navigation; only necessary frequently used voice commands are to be supported - such as Show Numbers, Hide Numbers, Scroll Down Slowly, Scroll Up Slowly, Take Screenshot, etcetra - i.e. typically used commands not normally visible on-screen. It may be helpful to allow Windows users add their own voice commands.

NB: An extensive and feature-rich voice command list as afforded by Nuance in their Dragon range of voice recognition products or Microsoft in the Windows Speech Recognition 'engine' is NOT required; indeed, it is doubtful that few users ever master the extensive list of commands provided!
