Windows 10 deleted Windows Live Mail and downloaded something that never works and has no features. It eats up your hard drive with updates and stops working at will. The tech that downloaded it . Took seven hours trying to figure it out. and never did. Hardly spoke English! Microsoft email is a joke! Their flash player leaves a lot to be desired as well. My next computer will be an APPLE!!! So much better and it works!

On the web page which describes Reading View - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17204/windows-10-take-your-reading-with-you - Reading View is not enabled. This seems almost cruel!

If the background for for apps (including windows explorer) is transluscent (just like the light and dark modes) then it would show fade wallpaper in the background and it would look really cool.
Also I think it's a really great idea.

Edge is always freezing. Please improve its performance. Please update this ASAP. I have had nothing but constant problems with Edge. The developers really need to make major improvements on it or go back and fix Internet Explorer, as I hardly have too many issues with it, but something desperately needs fixed in both. Thanks, Ed

At the moment, when JAWS or NVDA with Edge, you have no way of fully ignoring an SVG. The screen reader will always read "graphic," unless you enable role="presentation" or aria-hidden="true," in which case it will read "blank."

If you add an aria-label to a parent div, that label will be reread multiple times depending on how many SVG elements and <text> elements are contained within that div.

The sticky notes in the Microsoft Store are not disability friendly at all. It is so frustrating that many programs have been made without us in mind. It is such a shame. I am a college student and I cannot utilize a lot of things offered in the Microsoft Store. I am so disgusted my this.

Please make the visual focus indicator more prominent, the thin-dotted outline is barely visible especially against dark backgrounds. I have relatives with low-vision that I assist and it is incredibly frustrating for them. I wear glasses and my vision isn't that bad and in some instances, i can't see it either. Please please make it more prominent! Thank you!

For pdfs in Microsoft Edge, alongside swiping left and right for page navigation, there should also be touch areas at the edge of the screen to navigate back and forth between pages. The touch area can be a square down in the corners, or they could be defined as rectangles somewhere along the edge.

E.g look at the Amazon kindle devices.

Many people rely on Dragon Naturally speaking to access there PC. Edge has no support for Dragon so is not usable, the only option is to revert to Internet Explorer.

Either Edge needs to support Speech recognition programs or Internet Explorer needs to continue to be supported. Otherwise a community of people will not be able to use MS products to access the internet.

I recommend that allowing users to change the background colour to allow those of us that read better with a different colour background or overlay. This is something that is missing on all internet browsers.

allow the customer the benefit of doubt, when trying to load Internet Explorer11 for my windows 10 O.S. I keep getting message that it's a part of win 10..... Do this, Do that,.... Dugh! I would not keep trying to download it if it were there! I understand it should be there, however M.S.Edge/ I.E. FREEZES up here... So my Idea... Listen to those who has bought in to your company / products & BTW an app to download that one could use to mimick XP or 7 os would be a smashing idea..
