Issue: captionning area. The captions are limited to two lines and there is no scroll bar to go up. In many meetings, there is a lot of discussion and then I think I saw a question for me. However, I only saw half the question and couldn’t scroll up to confirm if they were talking to me. With the long pause, I assumed but it was awkward. It could have be simpler with the ability to scroll up. When I use my phone for captions I can see 9 lines and I can scroll up and down.

Issue: captions on a shared screen. As soon as I share my screen, I lose the Live Captions. So then when I am talking I cannot “hear/read” the other person talking. She may have had questions. Only when I was done talking, I stopped sharing my screen and the captions were restored. This is not helping doing a training as it is sure that the trainee has questions while I’m showing my screen.

Microsoft Teams itself is not fit for any purpose with regards to the accessibility technical software user due to my deafblindness. I use ZoomText - Invert mode as keeping backgrounds to black, the use of MS Teams obliges me to switch between normal and Invert mode on ZoomText so too frequent throughout!

Why the accessibility options on MS Teams so limited in comparison with these options on other applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc.

MS Teams is very important tool enabling deafblind users to have the use for any purposes - especially working from home during pandemic journey, however that (unnecessary) limitation on accessibility options unfortunately displaces deafblind users from the use of that important app.

Problem statement: As a user with hundreds if not more unread messages who uses a screen reader I want a quick way to read fast with hotkeys so that I can find what's relevant and respond quickly.

In Slack alt+shift+up/down will take the user to the next channel or DM with unread messages. This is helpful when in an organization where 40+ channels and DMs may be going on per day with hundreds or more actual messages and replies.

In addition if in Teams pressing CTRL+E (search) could suggest recent or relevant chats / channels with unreads in the drop down before even any search was started that would also give the user quicker capability to blow through hundreds of messages

In the Teams title bar. Please change the order of the items so that "Teams" always comes first.

Consider a screen reader user that is trying to find Teams either by Alt+Tab or in JAWS Ins+F10. If they were in a Chat then the name of the person appears first, they may not know exactly who that was or what to listen for.

Acceptance:
1. Alt+tab through apps should be easier to find Teams by listening for Teams ... instead of ... Teams
2. WIth JAWS Ins+F10 a users should be able to then just start typing Teams to get to that App in the list without needing to know the name of the person they were Chatting

When going to ctrl+2 aka the chat app. It says I have X number of unread messages. Focus goes to Recent Chats with people of which I have 40+ chats. Nowhere can I seem to find which are the unread chats.

Feature Ideas
* Like in Outlook have a list that can be filtered by unread. There's like two levels I can think of: People with Unreads, Enter into that person and see all unread messages. ANd 2nd a list of all unread messages so that if 1 person had 2+ unreads I could arrow and read them all, pressing enter if I actually want to go to that person's chat and reply (difficulty there is your product owner deciding what constitues a "read" as the user arrows through).

Acceptance is:
1. A Teams user having numerous people that chat with them should be able to quickly find unreads, read and respond.
2. Messages should be marked as read efficiently.

I wanted to attend a Webinar put on by a disability charity on Microsoft Teams. As someone with a neurological condition I like to use my desktop PC which is hooked up to my big TV, which has the text setting on the largest setting so I can see it from the sofa whilst lying down without making my headaches worse. I go to use the Teams App, but it won’t let me as I only have a hotmail email address account, not a work one as I am unable to work due to disability. So I go to view it through the Microsoft Edge web browser to find I cannot get onto the webinar. The web page cuts off part way through an image and the log in as guest button is under this image and there is no option to scroll down the page at all. I have to go into my Windows settings and change the text size in order to get the link I need to click on to show on the page so I can click it. Working out that this was what the issue was took the best part of an hour by which time I’d missed the webinar. It is very inaccessible both to me with my set up, but also to visually impaired people who wouldn’t know the button was meant to be there, because it doesn’t show. Please please fix this so when the page is zoomed in, there is an option to scroll down and so people can actually enter Teams meetings. And even better, make it so people can use the app with a personal account rather than relying on the web browser option. When I eventually got on to the last few minutes of my webinar, I could not use the captions function presumably because I was using it through a web browser, and captions really help me as someone with a neurological condition that impairs sensory processing. I can’t believe that on a Microsoft Windows PC I am unable to use a Microsoft Teams app. I don’t mind having some restrictions on features on the free version for individuals rather than organisations who pay for it, I just want to be able to attend events when an organisation has planned it using your software and be able to view them with the accessibility settings that work for me.
