UIA should be more stable
Nonvisual Desktop Access drops UIA in Windows 10 build 14361 in UWP apps and open/save file dialogs.

When this happens, it causes NVDA to not announce when I select an item in settings pages, or when I change the state of a toggle button, etc. This is stable in action center and some other items of interest that open as flyouts from the taskbar but all other modern areas of Windows 10, with the exception of task manager and control panel/file explorer app have difficulties here.
