reenable trapped Windows sounds such as Windows shut down, log on and log off sound.
In Windows 7 and 8.x an average user was able to set all of system sounds such as startup sound, plugin/plugout sound etc. in Windows 10 it is not possible. moreover if user cannot hack a registry via regedit, user even cannot set some sounds like system shutdown and pair of logon/logoff sounds. Others, who have twicked a registry have found, that the sound are now available at Advanced sound settings, but when we tried to set it, these sounds were not played during an event. Please repair this, because sound feedback is crucial for visual impaired users.
