makeing narrator far more responcive when running windows setup
often I have noticed a lag when running narrator via the windows dvd/usb media, it would be great if narrator's responsiveness could be increased.
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. When investigating this, we found that there is a screen between the beginning of the installation and before you acknowledge the End User Liscence Agreement or EULA. Because there is nothing on this screen, it makes it seem that there's a lag in Narrator.
We're currently looking into ading some sort of screen caption that lets the user know that no action is required at that time.
Thank you for reaching ot to us about this, and if in the future, you have questions, comments, or suggestions with accessibility of our products, please feel free to contact us.

in answer to your questions,
they are running via USB.
the issue I'm seeing is there is a delay between pressing next and narrator speaking,
such as the option where it says install windows on the first screen.
there are 2 options, one. repare your computer I think it is called the other install windows.
the other thing ive noticed is this.
skip past the product key screen, and past the chews the OS screen, I hit the lisence oh the lovly lisence screen.
there also is refferance to the product key when, windows is copying files and you use capslock plus space to review the information presented.
tab once and shift tab.
I hear references to product key even thoe it is the checkbox for excepting the Lisence.
on the drive sillection box i'm given the total size of disk and free space, narrator does not stop speaking when a key such as the left arrow is pressed.
I hope this makes some type of sence.
also narrator's voice is low.
but my main issue is the lagging between pressing the buttons to go forward and narrator's responciveness.
I hope this helps, sorry for all of the spelling errors.
Can you give us some answers on the following so we can help address this?
1. Are they running narrator when doing clean install using USB/DVD media? Or they are running media setup from existing OS?
2. What is the responsive problem they are seeing?
