Alt+Tab with Narrator is not smooth.
When alt+tab is pressed, I expect to hear the program name I switched to.
Instead, I hear one of "Running Programs", "Running Applications" or
"Task Switching", depending on how many times I press tab.
After I hear one of these, I then hear the name of the program. I suggest trying to make this a bit more seemless.

Just found this page, and agreed completely. The improvements in narrator are absolutely amazing. Alt tab is probably one of the roughest spots in the system.
I completely agree. Remove the runnning applications, task switching, and current application messages and just have Narrator speak the window that will gain focus. It's either that or assign it to a level of context awareness. Speaking of context awareness, there should be more documentation on what information is spoken at different levels.
