Key Binding
When purchasing a windows 8 computer, you will see some keys that don't work anymore on the windows 10 operating system. Please add a bind keys option to assign keys on the keyboard to do a action or open a app

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We will pass this idea of key binding for an app or action onto the product team.
Something that we have that is similar to this is the ability to create keyboard shortcuts to open specific applications. To do this, you go the properties of the application (right click on the application, click on properties from the list), navigate to the shortcut tab, and then enter in the keyboard combination you desire in the "shortcut key" section.
Sincerely,
The Microsoft Disability Answer Desk team.
