Remove 3rd Party Adapter Blocks

My son is quadriplegic and has an adapted X Arcade controller for use with head buttons and an adapter for the X-Box One, purchased in 2015. This is the only way he can use the console
All worked just fine until your X Box One software upgrade on Wed 25th April blocked the adapter. Please remove this block immediately as he cannot now use the console at all.
Your own website states:
"There are no limits to what people can achieve when technology reflects the diversity of everyone who uses it. Transparency, accountability, and inclusion aren’t just built into our culture. They’re reflected in products and services designed for people of all abilities."
You have just breached this Policy by putting a block in place so immediate action is required.

        Hello,

Thanks for bringing this situation to our attention. While the April update did not include changes to how third-party devices are supported, we cannot offer guidance on troubleshooting unlicensed Xbox products and suggest you contact the manufacturer. However, we’ll be reaching out directly to discuss alternative solutions that may help.

        Sincerely,

The Microsoft Disability Answer Desk team.
