Show as Out of Office shading - Outlook 2016
The shading for the Show as Out of Office needs to be much darker in Outlook 2016, just as it was in earlier versions. It is very annoying that you are no longer able to scan the calendar for out of office days due to the color change.

Same issue here. Our company just switched to Office 2016 a few months ago and I've had multiple instances now where I've had an all day out of office scheduled over because you can't tell it's shaded in Office 2016.
Agree!!! I didn't realize someone had sent an all day appointment that blocked off my calendar from others until it was pointed out to me. It would be helpful if you don't want to change the default, to have an option to show calendar shading as in prior versions (in my case 2010). Thank you.
Same problem, either "busy" or "out of office"; it is not dark enough.
Working t-with the calendar of 3 big bosses... can't see easily.
