Give us feedback on Microsoft accessibility and how we can improve?

"message list" "outlook for mac"

I am an Escalation Lead in Microsoft CSS and received an escalation this past week regarding Accessibility Features that are not working properly in Outlook for Mac. There are Font configuration options that are supposed to make the Message List and emails more readable for visually impaired users; however, the customer reports that the settings are not being retained. They reset back to defaults. This is a major issue for this customer's ongoing use of our products. Thanks!

To the Reviewer: I do have a screenshot I could not find a way to attach here. Email to taking@microsoft.com if you would like me to send the screenshot showing the Message List and clarifying that this is my customer's primary need - getting the Message List readability options to work properly such that larger fonts, etc, would improve the experience.

The Outlook version is 2016. I also confirmed he had the minimum required Mac OS version to support these Font configuration issues. Thanks.
