Hi! I work with several groups on Skype. A big reason I've been reluctant to switch to the new Skype is that I've had a hard time figuring out how to do simple things like adding and removing people in a conversation. Is there an easy way to do these things that I'm not aware of, besides attempting to write it into the chat?

Here are the steps for adding in a conversation :
1. From an existing chat, select the "create new group" button
2. Select the person you want to add and select Done
To remove someone from a group chat, select the group title and find the person you want to remove and select remove.
If you are keyboard user, you can add people in a call or conversation is by pressing Ctrl + Shift + A.
