Outlook 2016¸ version 16.0.11029.20045 32-bit braille bug composing new message with JAWS 2018, 2019
When composing a new email in Outlook 2016 build 16.0.11029.20045, the Cc... appears in cell 19 or 20 (on a 40-cell Focus 40 and 32-cell Brailliant). This is expected to be in the 6th cell when using cells 1-4 as status cells and a space. The behavior on other builds is as expected. There was no CC label at all on 16.0.9029.2167 after we reinstalled using the Offline installer. Updates took us back up to 16.0.11029.20045 and brought the issue back.
We still feel that reaching out directly to Vispero would be a good next step as this behavior may be dependent on both the screen reader and the braille display.
I feel the issue is independent of the display make or model, this happens on the Brailliant BI 32 by Humanware as well on the same build of Outlook 2016/2019.
Thanks for raising this feedback with UserVoice. We recommend reaching out to Vispero for assistance since they own the make and model for your braille display. Please continue to upvote feedback you agree with and continue to offer ways to improve our products and services.

Also happens in Office 2019, as the build number remains the same.
