Please make it possible to automatically change the font on INCOMING Outlook email messages to a font that is the recipient's choice, rather than the sender's choice. This would make it so much easier to read emails sent in fonts or sizes that are difficult for some people to read (dyslexic could change all incoming mail to a particular font, or visually impaired could change font size to larger/particular color) without having to manually edit the formatting of each message.

In the October 2018 update for Windows 10, you can change the size of text in Ease of Access > Display > Make Text Bigger
Outlook in Office 365 now remembers your zoom preferences for e-mails. If you zoom in on an e-mail with Ctrl + Scroll this will be remembered for future e-mails.
