Edge/Narrator reads hidden inputs and buttons
Edge: Version 80.0.361.66 (Official build) (64-bit)
OS version and Build: 1803, 17134.1304
Narrator reads hidden buttons in Microsoft Edge
The following link is a test page on Codepen.io
https://cdpn.io/JasonAment/debug/OJVEZNp
Example (in the carousel) from the Microsoft News Site:
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/coronavirus
Repro steps:
1. Enable Narrator
2. Open either link in Edge (tested in chromium)
3. Read the page items using CAPS + Right Arrow
Expected: Buttons and inputs with aria-hidden="true" are not read or encountered with the screen reader.
Actual: The buttons and inputs with aria-hidden="true" are not hidden from assistive technology.
Note: This doesn't occur in Chrome, Firefox or IE11.
