computer protection and help for the disabled
I have noticed that a very good speech recognition dictation app is available in office 365. Many disabled users may be unable financially to pay for this so I was wondering whether it could be sent to office users who would find it difficult type because of arthritis in the hands carpal tunnel and other similar disabilities. For those who are not able to purchase office could it be sent on application to their version of wordpad?

Thanks for leaving your feedback with us. There actually is a Dictation feature in Windows that you can also use as well as the Dictate option in Office. Here's some additional information on Dictation in Windows and how you can dictate commands (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4042244/windows-10-use-dictation).
