Help with passwords
I am trying to access my mums HP Stream device but she has forgotten her password (she has dementia). I have filled in forms with as much detail as we can but keep being told we have insufficient info to reset her password. Your form and questions only cater for those who have used several passwords or can remember them. My mum can’t. Please help me.
