after the update 2004 , the shortcut popup by pressing the win + A key are not working on tap to turn them on you have to go to settings

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We have a few questions about your post. Have you tried checking to see if any recent Windows Updates are available? Also are you trying to access the Action Center or a different function of Windows?
