memory problems v passwords
There must be a way to help those like me who have brain haemorrhages/injury! every time I mess up trying to access services online I am required to use passwords/reset passwords etc. I cant remember which password is which for what and when.
I also cant remember what to do if I look for solutions to problems. eg. If you mess up and youre told to go to setting then something else then something else, click on this and that and then reboot/try again etc. Whoa! Once Ive read all those instructions I cant get past going to Settings. After that Im lost - totally lost. Helplines treat me as though I'm clueless. Im sorry but as a former civil engineer I just cant help it.
My Bank have me listed as vulnerable because I cant remember what information I supplied to access accounts. I have a list of passwords written in a book which I keep by my pc and don't want to change passwords if I can help it. On numerous occasions I've been told I cant use that password because I've used it before. If I could remember how to paste a gentlemans name who is supposed to be heading accessibility at MSoft I would do it here to ask if we Brain injured people could be helped.
Thank you for reading/listening.

Hi Paul, something you can do is enable sign in through Windows Hello. This way you can use your face, fingerprint, or setup a PIN to sign in to your Microsoft Account. Here's a support article with additional details (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028017/windows-learn-about-windows-hello-and-set-it-up). Please let us know if you need additional assistance.
