Fix "Hightlighted Text Effect" Now Present in OneNote While Using Windows High Contrast Setting
I use Windows High Contrast setting (black background, white text) to make it easier to see. I use OneNote daily for work and as of November 12, all text, even on old notes, looks like it has been highlighted. Background is still black, text is still white but the light-colored "highlighted text effect" makes the text hard to read. I've done nothing aside from opening OneNote this morning and this issue was not present yesterday. I've also restarted my computer to see if that would fix the issue and it remains the same. I just want to point his out in case a recent auto update may have caused this issue so that corrections could be made. I checked Outlook and Word and neither have been impacted. It appears to be limited to OneNote. I can provide screenshots if useful. Thanks

Just added this same thing. My son reported it on the Microsoft help forum and has so far received no help. It does seem limited to one note for Windows 10. Other versions of one note broke a few months ago he says.
But it was fine, then on the 12/13th not. It makes one note completely unusable to him.
