Emergency need to use PowerPoint as digital worksheets with objects on page!!!
I need to use edit mode in pptx for digital worksheets that allow for drag and drop of someobjects onto a stationary image (background). But I don't have the time to create a layout for each background needed. I have hundreds of PDF that I can convert to PPTX. The problem is some objects need to be backgrounds and some objects need to be selectable and movable. The time added to make layout is massive. Keynote has the ability to do what is needed, but when exported as PPTx the locked objects are again unlocked. Its a right click lock!! Please help

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. The newest version of Office 365 in PowerPoint includes the ability to lock images from the context menu. Here's how you can do that:
1. Select the image
2. Right click or press Shift+F10 to open the context menu
3. Select “lock” -

This feature is needed by teachers that work with special needs students to make interactive digital worksheets. A student with motor or language difficulties need the ability to drag and drop objects to certain areas of a screen(background). This works very well in PPTX except for you must make a background slide in the slide master which is time consuming.
