I am a SpEd teacher desperately seeking help with your Teams product. Several weeks ago, it ran an "update" which froze my students out of the chat box. It has been sheer **** using this product ever since. This is literally one of the only ways some of my students can express their voices and you have taken that away from them. It was also a hugely successful motivational tool- they love those emojis & being able to practice their social skills with one another. Further, it was a way that I used to check for understanding. I cannot see responses that they write on paper. If the whiteboard works- it often does not- I cannot leave it open at all times to interaction bc some students misuse it. Audio quality is beyond bad and I often cannot hear my students. Although a few other teachers have also been frozen out, this has not happened to everybody. I have emailed and called my Tech department on MULTIPLE occasions, but the only instructions they have been able to offer me do not work and they told me they do not know what to do. I have called Microsoft directly multiple times, where I encountered either people uninterested in helping, or helpful people who unsuccessfully redirected me. I am so beyond frustrated and I wish I could make you understand how much this is hurting my students. There are MANY other problems with Teams as well, and I do not understand why we continue to use it. Is there anyone out there who can help??? Signed, frustrated teacher :(
