I just listed my suggestions above.
A "hot" key to allow a blind user to locate frequently, and not to frequently, used keystroke combinations to perform various Microsoft functions. These functions could include the keystrokes to find a folder, create afolder, and/or perform a search.

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us Frank. While we don't have a specific hot key that can share frequently used keyboard combinations, we can pass on some information on Windows keyboard shortcuts here (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/keyboard-shortcuts-in-windows-dcc61a57-8ff0-cffe-9796-cb9706c75eec). We also saw your comment on future accessibility webinars and while they aren't available at the moment we will also pass your feedback on about those as well.
