Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Unread chats should be read as either unread or new depending on screen reader. Also, you can filter to view only unread chats with these keystrokes:

    1. From the list of recent chats, shift+tab to Filter button or press Ctrl+Shift+F
    2. Tab to the more options button and activate with Enter
    3. Arrow to “unread” and press Enter
    4. Tab to the chat list to read through unread conversations
    5. Activate “close filter” button when finished reviewing unread messages

You can also contact our enterprise Disability Answer Desk at aka.ms/eDAD for additional assistance where you can reach out through e-mail.

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. If you go to the Ease of Access (Press Windows Logo Key + U) you can select Vision > Color Filters so that you can see elements on the screen better. You can also enable Windows Logo Key + Ctrl + C to turn Color Filters on or off. Additionally you can try changing the Office Theme as well by going to File > Account > Office Theme. We will also be sure to pass on your feedback. Please let us know if you need additional assistance

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us Christy. While we don't have tours for those specific areas, Microsoft does have philanthropic areas that it invests in and non-profits that it partners with. Hi Jim. If you setup Windows Hello by going to Accounts > Sign-in options, you can make it so that Windows scans your face right when you log on and have it skip over pop-ups that occur.

Also if you go to Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Change sign-in Settings, you can make it so certain features such as Narrator and the On-Screen Keyboard either start or don't start at sign-in or after sign-in.

Please let us know if you need additional assistance.

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us Frank. While we don't have a specific hot key that can share frequently used keyboard combinations, we can pass on some information on Windows keyboard shortcuts here (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/keyboard-shortcuts-in-windows-dcc61a57-8ff0-cffe-9796-cb9706c75eec). We also saw your comment on future accessibility webinars and while they aren't available at the moment we will also pass your feedback on about those as well.
