    Thanks for sharing this feedback with us on using JAWS with Word. We recommend removing the style from the gallery. To remove the style you can press shift+F10 or the Applications key to bring up the context menu. Then you can select “remove style from gallery”. Could you share with us where specifically you are experiencing issues with the light grey colors in the Windows and Word interface? 2. Can you share the build numbers for both Windows and Office, and does updating make a difference? 3. Have you tried changing to a darker theme in both Windows and Office?     Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. The newest version of Office 365 in PowerPoint includes the ability to lock images from the context menu. Here's how you can do that:

    1. Select the image
    2. Right click or press Shift+F10 to open the context menu
    3. Select “lock”

If you go to Ease of Access (press Windows key + U), you can go to the Display section and there you can increase the size of both apps and text under "Make text bigger", and "Make everything bigger". Please let us know if you need additional assistance. We will also make sure to pass on your feedback about having low contrast settings for Display.

    Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. Windows comes equipped with Narrator, a screen reader that you can activate by pressing Ctrl + Windows + Enter. It can help you navigate around Teams and other applications. It also has a feature called Input Learning which you can activate by pressing Caps Lock + 1, and that tells you what the keyboard commands do that are selected by your student. Please let us know if you need additional clarification or assistance.
